Wil jij doorgroeien naar het volgende level binnen Krav Maga? Dan is de pre-test een belangrijke stap in de voorbereiding op je examen. Tijdens de pre-test wordt gekeken hoe je ervoor staat, welke technieken al goed gaan en waar je richting het officiële examen nog extra aan kunt werken.
Hoe kun je je het beste voorbereiden en wat kun je tijdens de pre-test verwachten? Hieronder vind je alle praktische informatie en handige tips voor kids, jongeren én ouders.
PRE-TEST
What is the pre-test?
De pre-test is een belangrijk onderdeel van de voorbereiding op het officiële IKMF-examen. Tijdens deze training wordt gekeken wat al goed gaat en waar nog extra aan gewerkt kan worden.
Je hoeft nog niet alle technieken perfect te beheersen. De instructeurs kijken mee en geven persoonlijke feedback, zodat je weet waar je richting het examen extra op kunt oefenen.
De pre-test verloopt grotendeels zoals het echte examen. Zo weet je alvast wat je kunt verwachten en kun je daarna gericht verder trainen. Een goede manier om stap voor stap en met vertrouwen toe te werken naar je examen.
The next pre-test will take place on Sunday 11 April 2027.
The training session lasts approximately 2 hours and takes place between 13:00 and 19:00. You will be notified of the exact start time by email after the closing date.
Location: 11A Professor Romeinstraat, Tilburg
Clothing: Full IKMF kit is compulsory. From P2 onwards, shin guards are also compulsory.
The cost of the pre-test is €20 per level.
Afterwards, you’ll receive personalised feedback from the instructors, so you’ll know where you stand and what you can still work on in the run-up to the official exam.

Official IKMF examinations
Ben je klaar voor de volgende stap? Tijdens het officiële IKMF-examen laat je zien wat je hebt geleerd. Je technieken, inzicht en vaardigheden worden beoordeeld. Als je slaagt, behaal je officieel je volgende Krav Maga-level.
Afhankelijk van je level vindt het examen plaats bij Taus Gym in Tilburg of tijdens het landelijke examen in Almere. Om deel te nemen is een geldig IKMF membership compulsory.
