FIT Circuit is a 45-minute full-body workout that helps you build strength, fitness, explosiveness and core stability. Each session consists of challenging circuits with a variety of exercises, using professional training equipment such as kettlebells, sledges, TRX, air bikes and more.
The classes are dynamic and effective, designed to challenge you, whatever your level. You’ll always train under the guidance of experienced and highly qualified instructors, who ensure you receive personalised attention during every session. They ensure you perform the exercises correctly, help prevent injuries and bring out the best in you.
