Krav Maga outside the dojo

Winter outdoor training sessions

You train in Krav Maga to be able to defend yourself in situations that can arise anywhere. That’s why, in January, we’re leaving the familiar training hall for a special winter outdoor training session!

Training outdoors presents different challenges. It’s dark, it’s cold, the surface is different, and you don’t have the same space or conditions as you do indoors. That’s precisely what makes this training valuable: you get to experience how your techniques and skills work when the environment is less predictable.

During the training, we’ll be working through various realistic situations and scenarios. This way, you’ll not only practise your techniques, but also hone your alertness, adaptability and ability to act under different circumstances.

Train in your everyday clothes

To make the training as realistic as possible, we recommend bringing clothes that you would normally wear in everyday life. Think, for example, of a jacket and jeans. After all, everyday clothes feel and move very differently from your usual sportswear.

It’s best to wear several layers so that you can easily put something on or take something off during your workout.

When?

The winter outdoor training takes place during the regular Krav Maga classes. The class times therefore remain the same.

  • Breda: Monday 25 January 2027
  • Tilburg: Tuesday 26 January 2027

As well as your everyday clothes, please bring your usual sportswear and training gear. If the weather is bad, we’ll train indoors.

Don’t miss this training session! It’s a great opportunity to step outside your usual training environment and test your Krav Maga skills in more realistic conditions.
