At our new venue, we’ll be continuing the Taus Gym sporting ethos. We’ll motivate and guide you to turn your sporting goals into action! Striking the right balance between the mental and physical aspects is our top priority. We want to inspire, motivate and provide practical guidance to our members on this personal journey. We’re going to celebrate the opening with no fewer than two training sessions, snacks and drinks, and loads of fun!
FIT workshop
The FIT workshop, led by Riaz Taus and Joost van Lieshout (HBO sports and exercise specialists), starts at 1.00 pm. The FIT workshop focuses on functional training, working all your muscle groups to their full potential. A complete physical and mental challenge!
Krav Maga Workshop with Tamir Gilad
At 3.00 pm, none other than Tamir Gilad (Expert 5) will be leading an exclusive Krav Maga seminar. Tamir has been practising Krav Maga since 1987 and was personally trained by the founder of Krav Maga, Imi Lichtenfeld. As an Expert 5 and head of the Examination Committee, Tamir travels all over the world to conduct exams and lead seminars. We are therefore immensely honoured that he will be leading a seminar during the Grand Opening of Taus Gym! During the seminar, you’ll learn how to keep yourself and your loved ones safe – for example, in a threatening situation involving your partner or a family member. It’s a unique opportunity to attend one of Tamir’s workshops in the Netherlands – don’t miss it!
