At the request of many members, we would like to offer open training sessions, provided there is actually sufficient interest. We will therefore be organising a trial period over the summer. This means that, during the summer timetable (excluding the two-week holiday period), you are welcome to come and train whenever you like. We want to gauge whether there is sufficient turnout to introduce this officially and on a regular basis in the new sports season.
Why train freely?
As the group training sessions might not always fit into your diary in terms of day and time, if you’re ever unable to attend a group session, you can come and train on your own during the free training slots. Is your diary perfectly aligned with the group training sessions? Perfect!
In that case, you can simply carry on coming to the group training sessions. But if you’d like to train an extra time in a week – for example, to prepare for an obstacle run or an exam – you’re welcome to come and train on your own during the open training hours!
Who is allowed to come and train?
Taus Gym members only.
Would you like to bring a friend, colleague or family member along to a class sometime? Please arrange this during the group sessions.
What are the rules?
Training is at your own risk. Please ensure that, by the time you take part in group training sessions, you have gained sufficient knowledge and experience of using specific sports equipment.
A new punching bag rack is being installed; until then, you are not allowed to train with the punching bags on your own.
Furthermore, the terms and conditions and house rules applies.
