Krav Maga for young people
Stronger, both verbally and physically, in a challenging world
Adolescence is an important and vulnerable stage of development. Young people are increasingly coming into contact with strangers, peer pressure and inappropriate behaviour on their own. Through Krav Maga, they learn to defend themselves in threatening situations – both verbal and physical – in a practical and accessible way.
But they learn more than that: during the classes, young people also build self-confidence, resilience, fitness and strength. Krav Maga for Young People is the ideal training programme for both mental and physical development in a safe and positive environment.
What you’ll learn
The training sessions are intensive, educational and focus on self-control, respect and teamwork. We also practise:
- Dealing with peer pressure and inappropriate behaviour
- Learning to act assertively and confidently
- Applying techniques in realistic scenarios
- Responding verbally and physically to dangerous situations
- Working on strength, fitness and coordination
