Saying goodbye to Louise on Monday evening
From 1 January 2027 There will also be a change to the Monday evening sessions in Tilburg. Louise Pross is stepping down from leading the Monday evening training sessions, but fortunately she will remain part of the Taus Gym team.
Over the past few years, Louise has been actively involved with the gym in various ways. For example, she led the training sessions for Kids & Teens with great enthusiasm and was an indispensable part of the Women Only classes, which she ran alongside Joost. Even outside her regular classes, Louise was always involved with the gym and our members.
We would therefore like to thank Louise very much for her dedication and for all the informative, challenging and enjoyable training sessions she has delivered.
Kids & Young People carry on as normal
The Krav Maga sessions for children and teenagers on Mondays will be taken over by Emma. As a result, the lesson times will change slightly:
Krav Maga for children: 6.30 pm – 7.15 pm
Krav Maga for young people: 7.15 pm – 8.00 pm
This means that lessons will start a quarter of an hour earlier than they do now. Otherwise, training sessions will continue to take place as usual on Mondays in Tilburg.
'Women Only' temporarily removed from the timetable
The Women Only Krav Maga course will not have a new start date for the time being and will therefore be temporarily removed from the timetable.
As soon as we know more about the next Women Only course, we’ll let you know, of course.
For the Kids & Young People, this change mainly means: the same Monday evening, training a little earlier, and Emma as their instructor from the new year onwards.
New Sunday class times from 4 October
From Sunday 4 October 2026 Training sessions will start half an hour earlier on Sunday mornings. The new times are:
Krav Maga for adults: 10.30 – 11.30 am
FIT Punching Bag Training: 11.30 – 12.00
This change will therefore come into effect from Sunday 4 October. Please bear this in mind if you’re coming to train on Sunday.
