Night Against Sexual Violence
On the night of 20 to 21 April, a walk is being organised in Amsterdam to raise awareness of this issue.
Plan International is the organisation behind the event, and its motto is ‘Everyone should be able to walk safely in the streets’ – we want to create a culture in which everyone feels safe, respected and heard.
On this Night Against Sexual Violence, we encourage everyone to take part in the walk and bring about change in the world.
Are you aged 18 or over and would you like to take part? You can sign up by sending an email to Louise ([email protected]). She is the head of the women’s division in the Netherlands and is organising the team that will be competing on behalf of the IKMF.
Can’t take part but would like to contribute to the event? Please make a donation at Louise or Emma.

High Protein
Furthermore, the list of ingredients in such a protein product contains many more additives. Whilst a standard dairy product consists of just one ingredient, the list for a protein product is considerably longer. It is therefore a product that has been processed to a much greater extent. For the sake of your health, it is better to opt for unprocessed products as much as possible.
It’s better for your wallet and your health to opt for the most natural options possible, but there’s certainly no harm in choosing a protein product every now and then. That way, you can keep things fun and varied for yourself.
