Krav Maga workshop for young people: multiple attackers

It is becoming increasingly common for young people to harass other young people in large groups. This can range from bullying to even threats or physical violence. This can be difficult to deal with, especially if you’re on your own facing such a group.

During the ‘Multiple Attackers’ workshop, we’ll focus more on situations where you’re facing not just one attacker but several. How should you respond in such cases? Will you need to rely more on your voice, or will you need to take physical action more quickly? All of this will be covered during this special training session.

The Krav Maga workshop for young people will take place on Sunday 4 February 2024. It starts at 1.00 pm and finishes at 2.30 pm.

Would you like to take part in the training? If so, please sign up here . Participation is free of charge for our members.

Grappling Workshop

We have some good news! We’re actually going to be holding a special Grappling organise a workshop for anyone aged 14 and over.

Grappling is a combat sport that takes place mainly on the ground. This helps you develop ground-fighting skills. It’s also an excellent workout for your body, as you use all your muscle groups and improve your coordination and flexibility.

The Grappling workshop will be led by Marcel. He has many years’ experience in this sport and has also been a successful competitive fighter.
The workshop will take place on Thursday 11 January 2024. It starts at 6.00 pm and finishes at 7.15 pm.
