Women-Only Krav Maga Course
The Women Only Krav Maga The course focuses on building resilience
in women, both physically and mentally. This is because women experience violence in a different way and
aggression than men. Take sexual harassment, for example.
A
During the course, we’ll focus on boosting your self-confidence and
teaching practical self-defence techniques. In addition, we also focus a great deal on discovering, getting a feel for, but also
setting your boundaries.

In 9 lessons, we’ll help you feel more confident!
For more information about the course, please take a look at the Women Only course page.
Fancy giving it a go yourself? Then sign up for a free taster lesson at Monday 8 January and/or Monday 15 January 2024 and please let us know via the contact form.
