As you can see on Facebook and Instagram As you may have noticed, we’ve been working hard over the past few weeks to get the new venue ready and to ensure the transition goes as smoothly as possible for everyone. For our members, the new venue means an expansion of facilities and training opportunities. Read on for all the details!
New facilities
- At the new venue, you’re welcome to pop into the members’ lounge for a bite to eat or a drink either before or after the training session. We’d love to chat with you about the new venue or just have a natter about anything and everything. Do come along!
- Please contact our head office if you have any questions or comments regarding your membership, training sessions or materials.
- The shower room will be available shortly.
Timetable change
A new timetable has been in force since this week. Both the days and times of lessons have changed. So please take a good look at the new timetable and start planning a trial lesson in!

Grand Opening
On Saturday 16 June (PLEASE NOTE: DATE CHANGED) The Grand Opening will take place. Make sure you keep the date free. More information to follow. We can already reveal that a special guest from Israel will be joining us – someone who knows a thing or two about self-defence. 😉
