Krav Maga for women
Confident and strong – choose safety
The Krav Maga Women-Only Course has been specially developed for women who want to feel more confident. In a safe, accessible group setting, you will learn how to deal with situations that specifically affect women, such as sexual harassment, unwanted touching and inappropriate behaviour.
This course is based on the International Krav Maga Federation’s (IKMF) ‘Stay Away’ programme and is taught worldwide.

What can you expect?
Over the course of 9 lessons, you will work on:
- Recognising inappropriate behaviour
- Learning to recognise and respect your own boundaries
- Building self-confidence and learning to set verbal boundaries
- Applying practical self-defence techniques
- Working on strength, fitness and greater body awareness
We’ll guide you step by step, at your own pace. There’s plenty of scope to explore and push your boundaries, in a way that suits you.
Who is this course for?
Everyone is welcome: young, old, beginners or experienced.
This course is suitable for all women aged 14 and over, regardless of experience or background. You don’t need to be fit, strong or athletic to take part; motivation is all you need. Children aged 12 and over may take part if accompanied by an adult.
