Wij openen op zaterdag 16 juni officieel onze deuren en jullie zijn uitgenodigd!<\/p>\n

Op onze nieuwe locatie gaan wij de Taus Gym sportmentaliteit voortzetten. Wij motiveren en begeleiden jou om je sportdoelen om te zetten in daden! Een juiste balans hierbij tussen het mentale en fysieke staat bij ons voorop. Wij willen onze leden inspireren, motiveren en praktisch begeleiden in deze persoonlijke reis. Leid een inspirerend leven vol enthousiasme en levenslust!<\/p>\n

We gaan de opening vieren met maar liefst 2 trainingen, hapjes en drankjes en heel veel gezelligheid!<\/p>\n

FIT workshop <\/strong><\/h5>\n

Om 13.00u start de FIT workshop onder leiding van Riaz Taus en Joost van Lieshout (HBO sport- en bewegingsdeskundigen). De FIT workshop staat in het teken van functioneel trainen waarbij al jouw spiergroepen tot het maximale worden getraind. Een complete fysieke en mentale uitdaging!<\/p>\n

Krav Maga Workshop met Tamir Gilad <\/strong><\/h5>\n

Om 15.00u komt niemand minder dan Tamir Gilad (Expert 5) een exclusief Krav Maga seminar verzorgen. Tamir beoefent al sinds 1987 Krav Maga en is nog getraind door de grondlegger van Krav Maga Imi Lichtenfeld. Als Expert 5 en hoofd van het Examen Comit\u00e9 vliegt Tamir de hele wereld over om examens af te nemen en seminars te verzorgen. We voelen ons dan ook enorm vereerd dat hij een seminar gaat verzorgen tijdens de Grand Opening van Taus Gym! Tijdens de seminar leer je hoe je jezelf \u00e9n je geliefden in veiligheid brengt, denk bijvoorbeeld aan een bedreigende situatie waarin je verkeert met je partner of familielid. Het is een unieke kans om een workshop van Tamir in Nederland te kunnen bijwonen, mis het niet!<\/p>\n
