Over the past few weeks, Monday evenings at Taus Gym have once again been dedicated to the Women Only Krav Maga course. After nine weeks of training, the course has now been successfully completed!<\/p>\n

During the course, the participants worked on various aspects of self-defence and resilience. These ranged from setting boundaries and dealing with unwanted contact to responding in various real-life situations. Step by step, they learnt new skills and applied them in increasingly challenging scenarios.<\/p>\n

It\u2019s great to see how much progress has been made during the course. Thank you to all the participants for your commitment, enthusiasm and trust!<\/strong><\/p>\n

Louise\u2019s last course for the time being<\/h3>\n

This session was also, for the time being, the last \u2018Women Only\u2019 course to be run by Louise. Over the past few years, Louise has dedicated herself with great enthusiasm to the \u2018Women Only\u2019 programme at Taus Gym and has coached several groups throughout their course.<\/p>\n

At the moment, there are no plans for a new Women Only course. This does not mean that Women Only is being discontinued for good; the course is simply being removed from the timetable for the time being.<\/p>\n

As soon as we know more about a possible future edition, we\u2019ll let you know, of course.<\/p>\n\n\t\t<\/div>\n\n\t\t\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\n\t
