Ook bij Taus Gym staat er weer een sportieve en gezellige periode voor de deur. Tijdens de praktijkdag werden verschillende noodsituaties geoefend, waaronder reanimatie en het verlenen van eerste hulp.<\/p>\n<p>De deelnemers gingen actief aan de slag met realistische praktijksituaties en kregen waardevolle tips. Na weken hard trainen hebben zij hun volgende stap binnen Krav Maga gezet en hun patch dik verdiend. We zijn dan ook ontzettend blij dat we hem mogen verwelkomen binnen ons instructeursteam.<\/p>\n<p>Wat misschien niet iedereen weet, is dat Mark op hoog niveau heeft geturnd en daarnaast jarenlang ervaring heeft als turndocent. Het aanleren van goede motorische vaardigheden, lichaamscontrole en veilige beweging zit dus echt in zijn systeem.<\/p>\n<p>Vanaf na de zomervakantie zal Mark om de week de FIT Circuit-les op dinsdagavond verzorgen. Op warme dagen passen we de trainingen waar nodig aan, zodat iedereen verantwoord kan blijven sporten. Bij extreme hitte kan het voorkomen dat we besluiten een training te laten vervallen. Af en toe verplaatsen we de training naar buiten voor een leuke afwisseling. Buiten trainen is niet alleen gezellig, maar helpt ook om technieken in een andere omgeving te oefenen.<\/p>\n<p>In de maanden\u00a0<b>juli tot en met september<\/b>\u00a0kunnen instructeurs ervoor kiezen om een training buiten te geven. Neem daarom tijdens deze periode altijd zowel je binnenschoenen als buitensportschoenen mee naar de les. Vergeet op warme dagen ook je bidon en eventueel zonnebrand niet.<\/p>\n<p>Voor onze leden in\u00a0<b>Breda<\/b>\u00a0vinden een aantal trainingen tijdens de zomervakantie in ieder geval buiten plaats vanwege de beperkte beschikbaarheid van de zaal. Er is daarom geen mogelijkheid om je om te kleden of gebruik te maken van het toilet. Kom dus alvast omgekleed en voorbereid naar de training.<\/p>\n<p>Bij slecht weer kan een outdoortraining worden aangepast of geannuleerd. Eventuele wijzigingen delen we via onze WhatsApp-groepen. Een leuke kans om eens een andere les uit te proberen of een extra training mee te pakken.<\/p>\n<p>Tijdens de zomervakantie hanteren we wel een aangepast rooster. Hierdoor kunnen sommige trainingen vervallen of op een ander tijdstip plaatsvinden.
